Terms of Service
All prices listed on the website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

I accept online credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard), and payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay through the Shopify Payments gateway, and payments from a NZ bank account using POLi Paynow. For alternative payment options, please contact me using the contact form.
Shipping
I aim to ship prints within 5 working days after the order has been placed. However, this is not always possible and I will contact you if there is a delay.
New Zealand
Shipping to anywhere in New Zealand is free. Orders are sent using NZ Post's overnight courier service with tracking, but without signature. Rural deliveries will sometimes take longer.
Rest of the World
Shipping to the rest of the world is $20.00 for orders up to $150 and free for orders over $150. International orders are shipped using NZ Post's International Air service, which does not include tracking. Delivery times are approximately 1-3 weeks depending on destination.
The shipping charge is calculated and added at the check out.
In case of a returned item, shipping costs are non-refundable.

It is hugely important to me that you love any artwork you have chosen to brighten your everyday life.
I offer you a 14 day money back guarantee on any print purchased from my online store. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with a print you have purchased from me online, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (excl. shipping).
Return shipping is at your own cost. Simply contact me to let me know that you are returning a print, use the packaging you received the print in and organise your own shipping to return it to me. When I receive the print back in good order, I will apply a credit to your credit card (or original method of payment) as soon as practicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
